Security walks you to your room to verify again no problem however Security walks me back down and confirms the ID and the manager still would not make me new key cards because again I did not have my ID. Security measures make you use an ID to get a new card that is fine however, we just came from the pool so did not have an ID. You have to use your key card to get to your floor of the hotel. We went to the pool when we came back our key cards did not work. The night shift desk manager was very rude.
